Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 2026

Inner Code™ is designed to be private by default.
This policy explains what is — and is not — collected when you use this site or the Inner Code process.

1. What Inner Code Is

Inner Code™ is a self-directed clarity and decision framework delivered through a private interface.

It is not therapy, medical care, or psychological treatment.
It does not diagnose, monitor, or intervene in mental health conditions.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Inner Code is intentionally built to minimize data collection.

We do not:

  • Store or retain the content of your sessions
  • Save your written responses after a session ends
  • Record transcripts of your interactions
  • Build user profiles based on your inputs
  • Use your session content for training, marketing, or analysis
  • Share session content with third parties

Your work remains yours alone.

3. Session Data and Outputs

  • No record of your actual session is kept.
  • Only you have access to the output generated during your session.
  • Once your session ends, the system does not retain a copy of your responses or outputs.

If you choose to download, save, or share your output, that decision is entirely yours.

4. Personal Information

If you choose to provide basic information (such as an email address for access or support purposes):

  • It is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection
  • It is not sold, rented, or shared
  • It is not used for marketing without explicit consent

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily include it in a session, and such content is not retained.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Inner Code uses minimal technical cookies necessary for basic site functionality.

We do not use:

  • Behavioral advertising trackers
  • Session replay tools
  • Profiling or cross-site tracking

If analytics are used, they are limited to high-level, anonymized traffic information and do not capture session content.

6. Third-Party Services

Where third-party infrastructure or tools are used to operate the site:

  • They are selected for reliability and security
  • They are not permitted to access or use your session content
  • No session data is shared for training or commercial purposes

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the site and any minimal data processed.

However, no online system is entirely risk-free. You use the site at your own discretion.

8. Your Responsibility

Inner Code is a private tool.
If you choose to share your outputs with others, you are responsible for how and with whom they are shared.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect operational or legal changes.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
